12/5 7pm troop meeting at St. Andrew Christian Church – troop election for Senior Patrol Leader and Patrol Leaders. See attachments – the SPL and PL agreement forms which we have used in past elections. The new forms for SPL and PL expectations and self-evaluations which we are testing. We borrowed the language and form from other troops online and are in the process of tweaking it to see what best fits our needs. These forms will be a starting point for our youth leaders. We are in the process of putting together Troop Guide and Den Chief expectations and self-evaluation forms.
